The Hand-UP Grocery Pantry exists to support individuals and families in Northern Lancaster County who are experiencing food insecurity. At CommunityHive, we believe every neighbor deserves the ability to make their own food choices. Our goal is to provide access to nutritious, diverse food options in an environment that prioritizes choice, respect, and a welcoming experience.

Transportation

Reliable transportation can make all the difference when it comes to accessing essential services and maintaining independence. CommunityHive’s Transportation Services program helps connect individuals to the places they need to go—from medical appointments to everyday errands—through a dependable, door-to-door experience designed with care and flexibility in mind.

Our goal is to remove barriers and provide a safe, respectful way for neighbors to stay connected to their health, resources, and community.
